Xbox Game Pass regularly changes out which type of games are available, by both adding and taking away different games. We don’t have any news about which games will soon be leaving Game Pass, but we can tell you which new games will soon be added to the streaming service. New games are added every month, after all, and October’s games are worth a look.

The first game to be added come October 3rd is the critically acclaimed stealth game from Arkane, Dishonored 2. On October 10th, two more games will be added; the recently released co-op zombie shooter World War Z, and the retro styled but 3D platformer Yooka-Laylee.

There will be three more games added to the service come October 17th. These games include the classic from the original days of Xbox, Panzer Dragoon Orta, as well as another popular backwards compatible title, Fallout: New Vegas. The more recent Felix the Reaper will also be made available at the same time.

On top of all of that, the hotly anticipated The Outer Worlds will be made available on the day of its release, October 25th. The new sci-fi title from Obsidian, developer of the aforementioned Fallout New Vegas, is one of the games that the Xbox community is greatly looking forward to.

These are all the games that we know are being added to Game Pass for sure, but it is also possible that more will be added over the course of the month. Either way, it’s certainly a good time to invest in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, seeing as how there are deals currently running that let you get a month of it, as well as some nice bonuses, for just $1. If you haven’t given Game Pass a try, October is certainly one of the best times to do so.

Just remember, Game Pass also removes games every once in a while as well, and there’s no telling when games are likely to be removed. That said, if you are interested in any of the titles that are being added this month, it would be better to give them a try sooner rather than later. While it is unlikely that games recently added would be removed in anytime soon, that’s no guarantee that it can’t happen. That’s why it would be better to try these October games ASAP, rather than waiting a few months down the line.
