However, if you are interested in the entire Shovel Knight collection, GameStop is the way to go; you can purchase it as a digital code for the Switch at just $25, which is much lower than the price on the eShop. You can also get a physical copy of the game for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch for $30, until March 7th.
The good part about Specter of Torment is that it is a standalone entry into the Shovel Knight universe; as a prequel to the main story, you can play Specter of Torment with no prior knowledge of Shovel Knight. Being a prequel also makes it a great place to start if you are new to the series. Whether you already own some of the titles in this series or you are looking to get the whole collection at once, these current deals are absolutely the best way to go.
That said, these deals aren’t lasting very long, and you only have a few days to a week to really act on them if you want to get your hands on any or all of these titles. Remember, you can see these deals on the Nintendo eShop, at GameStop, or on GOG, Steam, and Humble Bundle on PC. If you’re excited for the upcoming Shovel Knight games that Yacht Club has announced recently, then this is the best time to get back into the franchise. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to get these games at an affordable price, before they go back up to their usual retail price.
