Are you looking for a new mid-range laptop that has reasonable specs and performance at a reasonable cost? Luckily for you, the Dell G5 15 SE is currently available at a massive discount, bringing it down to $700 from its usual $1019. The deal is only available to those living in the US, but that’s not a problem for most people. For reference, this is a deal you have to take advantage of through the Dell website.
To be frank, this laptop isn’t the absolute cutting edge or anything, but you aren’t paying for cutting edge either. It’s a decent laptop at an affordable price, made evident by its specs; an i5-9300H and GTX 1650 4 GB, the Dell G5 15 SE also features a 128 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD. Honestly the 8GB of RAM isn’t the best in this day and age, but it is certainly still passable. If you want a full list of all the specs, you can find it all on the Dell website.
While this laptop may not be able to handle everything at max settings, it can certainly still play pretty much any current popular game. This laptop is still perfectly capable of playing games like Monster Hunter: World, Destiny 2, Fortnite, and even the soon to be released Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Granted, you likely won’t be able to play all of those games on their max settings, but you will still be able to play them well enough. They just won’t be as pretty as they would be on a laptop that is an extra $1000.
And remember, deals don’t last forever; if you do want to replace your laptop, or if you don’t have one at all, this is a really great deal that you should take advantage of as soon as possible. Granted, Dell hasn’t put a specific timeframe on the website saying exactly how long or brief the deal will run, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry, especially since you never know when the computer may run out of stock, and there’s no guarantee that Dell will restock them if that happens.
Either way, this is probably one of the best deals you are going to find on this laptop, so be sure to take advantage of it right away if you are really interested.
